"If you are looking for a place to hold a wedding, party, or family gathering, I highly recommend Three Willows Ranch. I have watched this barn evolve from a teenage hangout into a whimsical, romantic, and functional event space that adapts perfectly to any occasion.
I was fortunate to attend the very first wedding held at the ranch. Despite the rain, the setting was perfect. The bride arrived on horseback, riding past the pond and pasture to an arch under the willows. Even if the rain had continued, the barn offered plenty of comfortable space for the ceremony and dancing without feeling crowded.
This magical space truly offers something for all ages. When I brought my eight-year-old granddaughter, she was initially skeptical but quickly had a wonderful time enjoying the pond, Giant Jenga, corn hole, and great food.
I also secured the ranch for a graduation party for two of my grandkids. It fit their personalities perfectly-one a dirt biker and the other a team roper and provided ample room for a DJ and dancing. Since then, I’ve attended various celebrations there, including holiday parties and special events like a "Year of the Fire Horse" painting session.

I remember coming down the driveway and seeing the barn & land laid out before me - on a rise above pastural rolling hills with the historic barn flanking the seating area, and thinking, "This is a place where I can settle in and feel comfortable." The Three Willows Ranch event center is lovely and elegant, yet unpretentious. The setting invites connection and ease; there is a grounded feeling to the place. I loved the thoughtfully restored historic barn...such a wonderful space to dance, mingle or take a quiet moment on the porch and savor the view. I highly recommend it for your gathering!

Our son was married at Three Willows Ranch in August 2025. It was a beautiful day! Owners Dawn and Todd went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and even above what we expected for accommodating the bridal party. The property is a slice of heaven in Bayfield Colorado where wedding venues are hard to come by. It was a great fit within our budget without having to compromise what we wanted. The 130-year-old barn was full of character and was a great space for our friends and family to enjoy the special day. We would highly recommend Three Willows Ranch to anyone looking for a beautiful location for their wedding.
